David Fine
Président et Fondateur

Ayant fondé DAVCON CONSTRUCTION en 2012 comme la dernière entreprise de mon évolution en tant qu’entrepreneur général de renom sous licence RBQ, j’ai eu le privilège de réaliser mes aspirations entrepreneuriales en faisant quelque chose que j’aime. Avant cela, j’avais plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans divers rôles dans l’industrie de la construction, étant responsable du coût et de l’exécution d’environ 50 millions de dollars de projets totaux d’une valeur dans les secteurs résidentiel, commercial, industriel et institutionnel, agissant en tant que gestionnaire de construction consultant (Fine Construction Management, 2005-2012), fournissant à DAVCON une vaste expérience dans l’industrie, un savoir-faire technique et un vaste réseau de sous-traitants.

Sébastien Dugas
Estimator & Project Manager

Having worked in the construction industry since 2007 and for nine of those years as an electrician, I have had the opportunity to see all types of projects, ranging from some small residential renovations to commercial high rises, with an equally diverse set of challenges accompanying them, which are required to be overcome. Seeking a more sedentary position in an industry I love, I now bring that experience to Davcon Construction as an estimator and project manager.

Riad Limami, Ing. Jr.
Estimator & Project Manager

As a junior engineer with a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering, I have acquired substantial experience in project management and cost control within the construction industry. Prior to joining Davcon Construction, I had the opportunity to work in various property management roles that range from public institutional renovations to new construction for residential and commercial high-rises. My responsibilities consisted in planning and monitoring the various parameters affecting projects, while coordinating with all relevant stakeholders. I am also on track to acquire a PMI Certification in the next year which will allow me to manage our clients projects in the most efficient way in terms of quality, time, and budget.

Naomi Buzaglo
Administration & Marketing

I pride myself in my ability to maximize efficiency, foster good working relationships and providing excellent service to Davcon’s customers and sub-contractors.  My philosophy centres around what role I can play in helping my peers find solutions to any issues that may arise.  In doing so, I practice a streamlined and intuitive approach to assistance, while always making sure that our team members are organized and all operations run smoothly.  I take pride and consider myself dedicated to Davcon Construction, truly believing in the company’s philosophy for total customer and subcontractor satisfaction above all else.
